Interested in contributing to CCT outside of client project work? As a volunteer-run organization, we have several additional roles and projects to staff, with a range of time commitments. Not yet a CCT volunteer? Learn about becoming a volunteer.

COMMITTEE

Marketing Committee

Help drive awareness and interest in CCT among volunteers, clients and donors: design marketing content for the website, newsletter and social channels (Canva, Mailchimp); track performance of communications; collaborate with Client Development and project teams on client stories, and with the Volunteer committee on testimonials. Skills: Canva, Mailchimp, content generation. Marketing experience preferred but not required.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Salesforce Superuser

Join the CCT Infrastructure Team and work with the Board on key processes that run on Salesforce: client application tracking, volunteer recruiting and reporting. Requires advanced Salesforce experience, including report writing, lead conversion and campaign execution. Coding experience preferred but not required.

Year-round with peaks · ~15 hours per month during busy times

EVENTS

Photographer or Videographer

Help visually document CCT activities such as the Project Wrap-Up Celebration, project presentations and volunteer events. Skills: photography and photo editing; video production desired but not required.

2–4 events per year (June, October, December) · 3–4 hours per event

EVENTS

Event Planning

Help organize virtual and in-person events, including the annual Kick-Off (January) and Wrap-Up Celebration (June), plus leadership and fundraising events. We work with an events planner and need a liaison to handle invites, RSVPs and nametags, along with day-of set-up help.

2–4 events per year (January, June, October, December)

PROJECT CYCLE

Team Member — next project cycle

Work on a team of 6–8 experienced professionals to complete a strategic project for a nonprofit client. The volunteer application typically opens in September; in November we share the short list of clients and ask for your preferences; teams are formed by late December; project work runs January through late May or early June. Project Leader, Project Sponsor, Committee and Board roles are by invitation.

3–5 hours per week · January – June · Application opens in September
