A community of experienced professionals and nonprofit leaders.
CCT is a community of experienced professionals and nonprofit leaders working together to strengthen the organizations that serve communities across Massachusetts. For more than 35 years, we’ve partnered with nonprofits on the challenges that shape their futures, from growth and leadership transitions to financial sustainability, planning, communications, and operational effectiveness. Our work is collaborative, hands-on, and grounded in practical results.
