VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Interested in contributing to CCT outside of client project work? As CCT is an all-volunteer organization, there are several additional volunteer roles and projects we're looking to staff, with a range of time commitments. MARKETING COMMITTEE

TIME FRAME: Annual engagement or project based

 

Help drive awareness and interest in CCT - for volunteers, clients, and donors. Potential areas of support include:

  • Pursuing co-marketing opportunities with other nonprofit organizations

  • Identifying new PR outlets and opportunities

  • Creating visual content for social media, website, recruitment materials, etc.

ADVANCEMENT COMMITTEE

TIME FRAME: Annual engagement or project based

 

Work on strategic fundraising initiatives and the annual appeal campaign to contribute to CCT's financial future and security. Backgrounds that could be helpful include communications, project management, and customer relations. Experience with fundraising and endowments/foundations is great but not necessary

BUSINESS SCHOOL RELATIONS

TIME FRAME: September - October

 

Recruit new volunteers from your school or from other organizations.

EVENT PLANNING

TIME FRAME: Event-driven but flexible based on availability

 

Help organize events (virtual or in-person) such as the All Team Kick-Off, Project Wrap-Up Celebration, leadership and fundraising events.

SALESFORCE SUPPORT FOR CLIENT DEVELOPMENT

TIME FRAME: Annual engagement, ~2 hours/week year-round

 

CCT uses Salesforce to manage its database of volunteers, clients, and projects. As the Salesforce “super user” for the CD team, assist with such client-focused processes as email outreach, application tracking, and reporting. Requires CRM experience.
