CCT's Clients for 2024

In January, we had the 2024 Kickoff Meeting for CCT Boston Projects.



2024 is off to a great start with CCT volunteer teams already deeply engaged with our amazing clients! We are looking forward to a year of impactful and transformative projects. Meet our 2024 clients:

Camp Starfish fosters the success and growth of children with emotional, behavioral and learning challenges. CCT will help the organization prepare its next strategic plan.


Friends of Holly Hill Farm partners with over 40 South Shore schools, helps teens grow food for local food pantries, and much more. CCT will help strengthen their ongoing operations with a new branding and marketing strategy.



Haiti Projects focuses on initiatives to empower women of rural Haiti toward self-sufficiency. CCT is helping with a marketing strategy that includes actionable plans to address their retail and wholesale markets.



LEAP empowers underserved youth, ages 11 - 24, to achieve economic and social mobility. CCT will complete a SWOT analysis and landscape analysis, to be used as input into LEAP’s next three-year strategic plan.


Lower Cape Community Access Television focuses on local voices, shared stories, and community connection. CCT will help develop a strategic approach to their marketing initiatives for their new studio and community space.



MassBike's mission is to make bicycling an integral part of human-centered communities, policies, culture, and infrastructure. CCT will help to develop a strategic plan to help bring their emerging vision to life.


Root’s mission is to help young adults aged 16-26 create a pathway to independence through foodservice training and employment. CCT will help Root create a marketing strategy that resonates with diverse audiences.



Tech Goes Home (TGH) empowers communities to access and use digital tools to overcome barriers and advance lives. CCT will help TGH with business planning to support the expansion of their earned revenue/fee for service business.


Union Capital Boston's mission is to transform social capital into opportunity by rewarding community engagement. CCT will develop a SWOT analysis taking into account their goals and plans for the next 5-year strategic plan.


The Women’s Foundation of Boston creates, funds, and accelerates high-impact economic and leadership programs that equip Greater Boston women and girls to be financially independent and successful leaders. CCT will help develop a fact-based decision on whether or not to become a statewide organization.
